It’s easy to put your health on the back burner as a mom, and this happened to me. I’ve spent a lot of time neglecting my health, restricting, having blood sugar swings, struggling with hormonal issues, and drinking way too much caffeine to give me energy throughout the day (while also spending too much money at the coffee shop).
That’s why I’m passionate about helping busy moms simplify their health and nourish their bodies – so they can show up as the best version of themselves.
Your eating habits and lifestyle plays a key role in how you feel every single day, but maybe you want to make changes, but you barely have time to schedule a dentist appointment for yourself. That’s why I’ll work with you to create simple, sustainable, and personalized lifestyle changes that fit the season of life you’re in. I always strive to meet my clients where they’re at, and establish effective yet attainable goals that will bring you to your health goals.
I have a functional nutrition approach, and won’t promote traditional dietary recommendations such as fearing fat or counting calories (I mean, who has time to count calories anyways?) I believe in nourishing your body with real, wholesome food that it’s designed to run on WITHOUT restriction, breaking the bank, or spending hours in the kitchen.
I’ve worked in the health and wellness field for over 14 years, and have helped hundreds of women support their metabolism for better energy, digestion and hormonal balance. Some of my past positions include working  for a nationally recognized nutrition practice, working as a pediatric dietitian for four years, providing nutrition coaching in a natural medicine clinic, and freelance writing for popular health and wellness websites.
I’m based out of Stillwater, Minnesota and offer virtual one-on-one coaching, as well as specialized testing such as food sensitivity testing (MRT) and micronutrient level testing.
When I’m not chasing my two little ones around the house, I enjoy making sourdough, laughing with my husband, going on walks (even in the cold Minnesota winters),  trying and developing new recipes in the kitchen, practicing yoga, eating peanut butter by the spoonful, and finding any excuse to go to Target (solo, of course!)
