Consistency: Be Good to Yourself
Are you taking care of yourself? I mean really. Like my good friend Jen Sincero says,“Say nice things about your body, dress it up, and take it out. Give it hot sex, luxurious baths, and massages. Move it, stretch it, nourish it, hydrate it, pay attention to it—The better our bodies feel, the happier and more productive we are.”
This weeks episode shares how I consistently try to be good to myself. There was a time that I felt I needed permission or a reason or a reward in order to get a massage, or my nails done, or purchase a pair of shoes. Not anymore. Life is too short y’all.
I share 3 ways that I'm good to myself. And I don’t feel guilty.
And maybe you need to hear this, "I give you permission to be good to yourself. You’re the big deal y’all. Your family needs you, your partner needs you, your work needs you. So be good to yourself. Be good to those around you. Namaste. Peace.”
The one question people always ask me, “How in the world do you do it!? A single mama, with five kids and two businesses how do you manage to stay so consistent?” Well, I keep it simple. That is why I’m sharing my 5 tools for consistency. I use them everyday and they keep me accountable to my goals.
